Your List Wants YOU!

My internet marketing journey has been steadily moving forward. Now it is time to begin building my list, which I am looking forward to.

I’m sure if you’ve been in the internet marketing hub for even a short period of time,  you have been told that the money is in the list. There are lots of products out there on list-building.

Let me ask you – are you subscribed to several marketers? Have you found that you can relate well with a few of them? Have you unsubscribed from some of them? I have definitely found some great people who I can really relate to and learn from.  I like them and feel that I have come know them.  I am happy to buy a product that I might need from them because they have earned my trust.  I have also unsubscribed from some folks. It is very obvious that all they want to do is sell stuff.

Of course internet marketers sell stuff to people, but they really don’t have to sell. I have learned from some wise mentors that in the beginning it is best to forget about making money as our first goal.  We want to concentrate on what our subscribers really need and give them the kind of value we would want to get.  Establish a good relationship with your list first, and be yourself. Invite them to correspond with you by asking them what it is they are needing. You will be just the person who can relate well to certain people, and they will come to know, like and trust you. You can’t please everyone, but those certain people who do relate with you will most likely become your best customers. They will be happy to look at not only your freebies, but what you are selling.

It is a win, win relationship all around, and you may gain some wonderful friends as well!

    Hi Rose,

    I absolutely agree with you.

Although it is said that the money is in the list, it is more that the money is in the relationship that youo have with your list.

    Keep up the great work,
